A dedicated Advisory Board of experienced franchise professionals has set rigorous specifications for franchise feasibility, strategic planning, capitalization, development, launch, rollout, and operations that are embodied in our comprehensive franchise development platform, the FranchiseRight System.
The FranchiseRight System is a proprietary approach to successful franchise development and operation based on the consistent application of “best practices.” It is both a philosophical perspective and a codified knowledge base — providing entrepreneurs with all the guidelines, forms, templates, checklists, software applications and other tools needed to create and operate a “best-in-class” franchise company. The FranchiseRight Certificate Program. The “franchisability” of both the entrepreneur and the business to be franchised (“Franchise Prototype”) can be determined through a franchise orientation and training session (Boot Camp Week) followed by a comprehensive review of the business (Prototype Assessment). Qualified candidates are invited to Franchisor Forum week, where they complete an educational track designed to help aspiring franchisors position their concepts to successfully attract early-stage investors (Franchisor Forum features multiple educational tracks for operating franchisors too). Thereafter, as a direct result of our proprietary strategic planning process, a research-supported franchisor business plan and SEC compliant investor package can be produced. FranchiseRight Certificate holders are invited to present to FranchiseRight Member Investors.
The FranchiseRight Partnership Program. The simultaneous development of “best-in-class” franchise concepts and well-prepared franchisors, is designed to reduce “risk” to the investors who provide early-stage funding for franchise start-ups. Qualified businesses and their owners, successfully completing the FranchiseRight Certificate Program, are eligible to participate in the Franchise Partnership Program. This unique opportunity allows them to leverage franchising or licensing as their business expansion and exit strategy with a $0 net investment.
The FranchiseRight Supplier Network is a unique group of pre-qualified franchise industry professionals and suppliers who collectively provide exceptional franchise development, operational, and support services consistent with the FranchiseRight System. Leveraging their combined expertise, network members offer informed counsel in all aspects of franchising including franchisor management, franchise marketing and sales, and franchisee pre- and post-opening support.
